Senior Conveyancer

Heather has had over 30 years experience, largely in business conveyancing. Having taught generations of conveyancers the art of business conveyancing, she is widely regarded as a “guru” of business conveyancing in Western Australia. She was previously the lead business conveyancer at the large and reputable settlement agency of BankWest Conveyancing prior to joining All Property Conveyancing.

Over the years, Heather has established an enviable reputation for professionalism and thoroughness. Her appointment as a senior conveyancer at All Property Conveyancing from January 2010 adds considerable strength to the team, enhancing its service delivered to clients.

Jill Metcalf
Senior Conveyancer

Jill has had over 10 years experience in the conveyancing industry (and also in the real estate agency industry). Over the years, Jill has built up a considerable level of expertise in residential conveyancing, with particular experience in farming properties and country businesses.

Jill was a senior conveyancer with BankWest Conveyancing until her appointment to All Property Conveyancing in January 2010, which adds great strength to the team. Her focus on first-class service sees clients and referrers keep returning to her when they realise that discounts are no substitute for service and professionalism.

Andrea Crofts

Andrea has had 17 years experience in the settlements industry. She is a thoroughly professional conveyancer who has won the confidence of many of her clients and referrers. Andrea is a key member of the team.

Heidi Puchar
Conveyancer

Heidi has been with All Property Conveyancing for a number of years and has proven herself to be a diligent conveyancer, ensuring smoothness of residential property transactions. Heidi is a support conveyancer to the Business Conveyancing team.

Brooke Walker

Brooke started her conveyancing career with our Group and has progressed to become an important member of the team. Brooke’s speciality is large scale multi-title sub-divisions.
