Our History

All Property Conveyancing is a business that is the result of the merger of two settlement agency companies that were for years very prominent in the property industry in Western Australia.

Jan Simpson Settlements was established back in 1982 and progressively grew to become the largest settlement agency in Western Australia, regularly receiving recognition for the levels of service provided to clients.

On 1 April 2001, the partners of the law firm of Wojtowicz Kelly Barristers & Solicitors (as it was then known) acquired the business. Already well known amongst scores of real estate agencies and settlement agencies, Jan Simpson Settlements raised its profile even higher because of the major property developments in the corridor between Perth and Mandurah.

All Property Settlements was also founded in 1982 as an associated business of Preuss Mohen Barristers & Solicitors and soon established an enviable reputation as a high-quality settlement agency, catering to the high-end residential conveyancing market as well as a credible service provider in the conveyance of business.

Over the years, the reputation of All Property Settlements has been marked by quality service and the specialism in business conveyancing that was (and continues to be) restricted to only a handful of companies in Western Australia.

In 2009/10, Jan Simpson Settlements and All Property Settlements merged and the combination is now known as All Property Conveyancing.

All Property Conveyancing is still associated with lawyers – Wojtowicz Kelly Legal and Civic Legal and continues its vision of providing service that keeps it at the front of the pack in the conveyancing industry.
